Development Restricted; Prohibition. <br />Except as hereinafter specifically permitted, no filling, <br />grading, dredging, excavation, hardcover, temporary or <br />permanent structures, obstructions, septic systems, well <br />or other construction shall be allowed within the Flood <br />Plain and Wetlands Conservation Area; nor on any lands <br />within 26 feet thereof; nor on any land within 73 feet of <br />Lhe ordinary highwater elevation of any lake shoreline, <br />nor on land abutting, adjoining or affecting said area <br />if such activity upon those adjacent areas is incompatible <br />with the policies expressed in this Section and the <br />preservation of those conservation areas in their natural <br />state. <br />I am writing this letter to inform you that the fill must be <br />completely removed within seven (7) days or citations will be issued <br />to you and to the excavator and the matter will be turned over to <br />the City Attorney. <br />Bi ii .dim :*4737J57 <br />ASSI NSIN«; <br />AOMIMSIKAIIOV A I ISANtI 4 M 7)58 ri MLIf 5'C)KKS 47J 7J5*»
