There are a number of punch list items <br />remaining and a number of concerns related to the building that <br />remain to be addressed. I have attached a copy of a letter sent to <br />the architect and construction manager identifying items needing <br />correction and other remaining concerns regarding the building. <br />The major items remaining to be completed are specific items <br />separate from the buildings themselves. They are as follows: <br />1. Completing the paving of the parking area and paving the floor <br />of the salt and sand storage building - $2,800. <br />The landscaping is nearly complete but has not been billed. <br />This amount is $35,884. <br />The salt and sand storage building is substantially <br />complete but has not yet been billed. This amount is <br />$36,400. <br />The fuel storage tank and fueling system has not yet been <br />installed. The cost is $51,000. <br />The demolition of the old City Hall buildings has not been <br />completed. The remaining cost is $16,000. <br />In addition to these items, there is approximately $50,000 of rough <br />carpentry and drywall work that has been completed but not billed. <br />The City is also holding $264,000 of retainage related to the <br />various contracts. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5.
