New <br />design will help provide positive drainage off roof. Review west elevation, the existing <br />residence does not have a main entrance at the street side. The roofed deck will define new <br />entrance and also provide cover from elements. Staff would add house was originally used as <br />a seasonal cabin and constructed prior to current zoning standards. <br />Options of Action <br />Approval as proposed; <br />Approval subject to conditions; or <br />Denial.
