A new access drive will be installed and <br />the entire remaining paved tennis court will be removed in addition to a shed and a bricked patio <br />area at east side of court. The deck proposed at the lakeshore side of the house will result in <br />additional hardcover within the 0-75’ setback area and will extend further into the lakeshore <br />protected area an additional 6’ beyond the existing residence. The deck will encroach 25 <br />beyond the average lakeshore setback line.
