r <br />Zon.'ng Memo ^1822 <br />June 4, 1993 <br />Page 2 <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission recommended approval of the application as proposed <br />requiring a 4 ’ west side variance and 3’ east side setback variance, approval of 7’ side setback <br />variance for replacement deck and 9’6" encroachment of the average lakeshore setback and a <br />hardcover variance within the 75-250’ zone for an increase of 65 s.f. or .8% subject to the <br />following conditions; <br />All existing improvements scheduled for removal must be completed prior to <br />Building Inspector’s footin, 'spection for new addition. <br />Upon application for building permit, applicant shall provide a detailed <br />grading/drainage plan to determine how runotl that collects to rear of existing <br />residence is to be maintained once addition occupies portion of current retention <br />area. <br />The enclosed approval resolution has been drafted per the Planning Commission s <br />recommendation. <br />1. <br />2.
