He will be <br />living in the existing house during construction, removing it when the new <br />home is complete, as allowed per Section 10.03, Subdivision 7 as revised by <br />Ordinance #24, 2nd Series on 7/14/86. He will also be removing the drive­ <br />way and gravel hardcover in the 0-75' zone. <br />Staff has determined that no further review of the application by <br />Planning Commission is necessary.
