Zoning File #1133 <br />April 15, 1987 <br />Page 1' cC 2 <br />Staff would ask that the east or closest portion of house on Parcel A <br />be located from lot line referred to as "Line A" in addition to septic <br />dralnfield, well and any other improvements that support use on Parcel A. <br />Staff has asked the surveyor to confirm that no drainage and utility <br />easements are within the area of the realignment. <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />Staff would recommend that Planning Commission table action until your <br />May 4th meeting at which time applicant's surveyor will have had an <br />opportunity to locate all improvements near or possibly encroaching the <br />east lot line of Parcel A. Does Planning Commission feel structures on <br />Parcel C adjacent to "Line A" should also be included? If we must ask for <br />a further adjustment of the shared lot line, it may be important to have <br />exact location of these structures also in determining a workable or <br />acceptable division line. <br />k
