The original approval also included an average <br />setback variance for a screen porch, but that work is not proposed at this <br />time. <br />Staff Recommendation ~ <br />Staff recommends approval of the renewal variance for Ann Fisher at <br />774 Tonkawa Road per the findings and conditions of Resolution No. 1812 <br />approved by Council on July 22, 1985.
