Given additional supportive information from applicant, a <br />side setback variance is not necessary. <br />2. General concensus is that hardcover in 75-250’ zone must not <br />increase above existing 46.7%, and a net decrease to the 35-40% <br />level would be very appropriate. <br />3. Planning Commission members do not agree as to the importance <br />of or encroachment upon sight lines as related to the room <br />addition extending into the average lakeshore setback, however, <br />general feeling was that an upward extention or building over <br />existing deck might be more reasonable. <br />4. Staff to review drainageway between applicants and property <br />to the south. <br />5. Applicants to meet with staff to consider alternatives and <br />potential hardcover tradeoffs. This has been scheduled at your <br />request tentatively for 8:00 A.M. on Monday, February 23, 1987, <br />at the City offices. Please advise if this time is not feasible. <br />Applicant's next scheduled meeting is dependent upon receipt <br />of additional information. Deadline for the March 16th meeting <br />is March 6th or April 10th for the April 20th meeting. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning <br />Commission minutes, they are available from the City Recorder <br />after review and approval by the Planning Commission. <br />» I
