&CITY OP ORONO NOTICE <br />The Planning Comniission will hold a public hearing in the Council <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 3, Block 1 <br />WILLOW RUN; thence Southerly along the East line of <br />said Lot 3 a distance of 150 feet; thence Westerly at <br />right angles a distance of 215 feet to the point of <br />beginning of the easement being described; thence <br />Southerly at right angles a distance of 110 feet- <br />thence Easterly at right angles a distance of 145 feet- <br />thence Northerly at right angles a distance of 110 <br />feet; thence Westerly to the point of beginning, ALSO, <br />that part or Lot 3, Block 1, WILLOW RUN, lying within <br />10 feet on each side of the following described center­ <br />line; Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot <br />3; thence Southerly along the East line of said Lot 3 a <br />distance of 270 feet to the point of beginning of the <br />centerline being described; thence Northwesterly, <br />deflecting right 117 degrees a distance of 162 feet- <br />thence Southerly, deflecting left 116 degrees a <br />distance of 183 feet; thence Southwesterly, deflecting <br />right 14 degrees to the south line of said Lot 3, and <br />said centerline there ending. <br />to be heard will appear at this time. <br />Written comments are solicited.
