There <br />are several items which should be modified or more detail provided. <br />The drivewav access points off County Road 15 should be reduced. We would <br />recomme''1 one driveway access off County Road 15 to the south and none to the <br />north. The property to the north should access off Central Avenue (Spates <br />“^ae). -- - - - - - - <br />The storm water runoff from the site should be controlled. We would reconunend <br />that some type of berm and/or green area be provided between the lake and <br />parking lot. <br />The parking lot layouts should be modified to fit the revised driveway access <br />points. The size of the parking lot south of County Road 13 could be reduced <br />by 25 percent with a more efficient layout and still maintain the same number <br />of spaces. The hardcover on the site could be reduced significantly. <br />We would be pleased to meet with you and the developer to discuss the modifi <br />cations.
