I spoke to <br />you on the matter giving you until November 24th to remove violations. You <br />then requested copies of the ordinances as follows: <br />10.60, Subdivision 13 Exterior storage in residential zone <br />10.60, Subdivision 14 Waste Materials <br />8.23, Subdivision 2 Truck Parking <br />UPC 11.201 (a) Accumulation of waste material <br />UPC 11.203 (a) Permit requirements/storage requirements (for tires) <br />I also told you that you may park the truck inside a building but the <br />tires cannot be stored in the building as it will create a fire hazard. On <br />November 21, 1986, you stopped by City Hall and received the above <br />mentioned ordinances. <br />' % <br />On November 24, 1986, you called and left a message saying you did not <br />remove the truck. <br />This letter is being written to inform you that if the truck and tires <br />have not been removed by December 1, 1986 (1200 hours), citations will be <br />issued and the matter referred to the City Attorn.^y—tcue pr^er legal <br />action, which may result in $750 fine, 90 days of(i^arsinati^ or both. <br />If you have any questions on the matter, please feecell me at my <br />office. <br />Sincerely, <br />Thomas J.
