Upon investigation, staff found that an in-ground swimming pool had been constructed totally within the 0-75' lakeshore setback zone. A Stop Order was Immediately posted. Staff met with the property owners on September 13, 1988, and advised them that the chances of gaining after-the-fact approval for the construction were minimal at best.
