FBIG AMD TIMOTHY D. JOHNSON <br />FILE NO. 1150 <br />NHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />NHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter <br />”City Council") has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, <br />economic and safe development of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for <br />a subdivision by Ted Q. Feig and Timothy D. Johnson (hereinafter "the <br />subdividers") of properties legally described as follows: <br />Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Laurent Addition, Hennepin <br />County, Minnesota (hereinafter "the property"), and <br />NHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of <br />the City for metes and bounds subdivision for division and combination <br />purposes. <br />HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Concil of the <br />City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds division of a lot <br />line rearrangement for Ted Q. Feig and Timothy D. Johnson as shown on <br />the Certificate of Survey by Egan Field and Nowak, Inc. dated October 2nd, <br />1985 and attached to this resolution as Exhibit A, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. Upon approval of this subdivision by the City Council of Orono, the <br />owner of Parcel A as described in the Certificate of Survey referenced <br />above must apply to the City for legal combination for tax purposes <br />with Parcel B as described in that same survey. <br />2. Likewise, the owner of Parcel C shall apply to the City for <br />legal combination for tax purposes with Parcel D. <br />3.
