FEIG AND TIMOTHY D. JOHNSON <br />FILE NO. 1150 <br />WHEREAS# the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />Cir^anized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS# the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter <br />"City Council") has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly# <br />economic and safe development of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS# the City Council has considered the application^for <br />a subdivision by Ted Q. Feig jmd Timothy D. Johnson (hereinafter the <br />subdividers") of properties legally described as follows: <br />Lots 1 and 2# Block 1# Laurent Addition# Hennepin <br />County# Minnesota (hereinafter "the property )# and <br />WHEREAS# the subdivider has completed all requirements of <br />the City for metes and bounds subdivision for division and combination <br />purposes. <br />NOW# THEREFORE# BE IT RESOLVED# that the City Ccncil of the <br />Citv of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds division of a lot <br />line rearrangement for Ted Q. Feig and Timothy D. Johnson shown on <br />the Certificate of Survey by Egan Field and Nowak# Inc. dated October 2nd# <br />1985 and attached to this resolution as Exhibit A, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. upon approval of this subdivision by the City Council of Orono# the <br />owner of Parcel A as described in the Certificate of Survey referenced <br />above must apply to the City for legal combination for tax purposes <br />with Parcel B as described in that same survey. <br />2. Likewise# the owner of Parcel C shall apply to the City for <br />legal combination for tax purposes with Parcel D. <br />3.
