Larry Lee*s application for the vacation of dedicated road rights-of-way and an alley legally described as follows: 1. The alley in Bergquist 6 Wicklunds Addition to Bergqulst & Wicklunds Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota, except that part lying west of the northernly extension of the east line of Lot 6 of said plat. 2. That part of Garden Lane, lying within Tonkaview Gardens, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying north of the easterly extension of the south line of Lot 90, said Tonkaview Gardens, except that part abutting Lot 63 of said plat, and, the east 5' of that part of said Garden Lane, adjacent to Heathercroft, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying north of a line dra%m westerly from the southwest corner of said Heathercroft and said line being at a right angle to the west line thereof. 3. That part of Highview Lane, Tonkaview Gardens, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying west of the northerly extension of the east line of Lot 60 of said plat.
