The City predicts that the <br />rate of groeth in the number of households will gradually <br />decrease from the relatively high levels of the 19«0*s. The additional wastewater fIws <br />anticipated from this development were approved by the Met <br />Council in 1988, and no other significant land use revisions for <br />neighborhood sewer retrofit projects will significantly affec <br />projected wastewater flows. <br />J <br />J
