ATTACHMENTS <br />The following must accompany this application: <br />1 A CERTIFICATE OF SURVEY indicating the boundaries of the marina property and the <br />authorized dock use area, the location ol all structures, storage areas, docks, slips, buoys, <br />launching lamps, gas pumps and tanks, parking areas, access areas, fencing and landscaping <br />features. The drawing shall be updated each year to show all existing facilities, all changes <br />from the previous season, and any changes proposed for the duration of the current <br />application. The drawing shall also indicate the locations of winter storage and required <br />winter parking spaces. <br />2.
