Exhibit A <br />License No. <br />Page 2 <br />IV. <br />V. <br />VI. <br />VII <br />DOCK LAYOUT (reference Exhibit B attached) <br />Maximum authorized length of main dock 99 feet. <br />Docks extending beyond 200 feet and docks encroaching into required side yard setbacks <br />are herebv specifically declared to be illegal non-conforming structures which are not <br />permitted under this license. The application does not contain such illegal structures. <br />All such violations are subject to prosecution under Sections 5.42 and 10.41 of the Orono <br />Municipal Code. <br />Marina is not authorized for FUEL SALES subject to compliance with the State Fire <br />Code. <br />1Required number of OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS required for compliance with the ordinances of the City and/or <br />the LMCD. The issuance of this license is subject to full compliance with these <br />conditions. Failure to comply with these conditions is cause for license revocation and/or <br />prosecution by the City. <br />1. The 2 slips provided at the dock are approved for use as service slips. Boats <br />docked at these slips may not be stored overnight. <br />2. No more than 3 boats for repair/service may be stored on land at any given time <br />at the site. <br />Nothing in this license shall confer upon any person for the benefit of any property any <br />vestei right to use l-ake Minnetonka or the premises in a manner permitted by this <br />.’■esolution. but the use of Lake Minnetonka and the premises shall remain subject to such <br />regulations and ordinances as the City and other competent regulatory authorities shall <br />deem necessary from time to time in the public interest. Issuance of this I'cense is not <br />intended as a confirmation of licensees conformity with all ordinances regulating t.he site <br />conditions and operation ot the commercial use.
