The following ordinances are pertinent to this <br />review: <br />1.Section 10.03, Subd. 10 - Conditional use permit required for all accessory <br />structures on through lots located in residential districts. <br />2.Section 10.03, Subd. 9 (E) - Accessory structures in excess of 750 s.f. but not <br />exceeding 1,000 s.f. shall be located 15 ’ from lot line.
