Program (NURP) wet detention basin design criteria or their equivalent for the design of new <br />stormwater runoff facilities- Adoption of these measures is required after Januar>’ 1, 1993. The <br />city should adopt the Council’s Interim Strategy as part of its next comprehensive plan amendment. <br />The city has already adopted the Department of Natural Resources ’s (DNR) re\'ised st3te^^^de <br />shoreland regulations and is currently evaluating its comprehensive plan and land use practices to <br />determine the most appropriate way to adopt the Council’s Interim Strategy.
