The current proposal <br />requires no work in the 26' wetland setback area. <br />Staff Recomiiiendation ~ <br />If Planning Commisson feels that the hardships suggested by the <br />applicant are valid, and if Planning Commission recommends approval of the <br />revised variance request, staff would suggest the following conditions of <br />approval: <br />1.Any additional encroachments or changes to the footprint and site plan <br />must be approved by the City. <br />Absolutely no grading work is allowed within 26' of the Drainage and <br />Conservation and Flowage Easements. <br />3.Appropriate erosion control measures shall be in place during all <br />phases of construction of this residence, to insure that no sediments <br />enter the wetland. <br />Staff would note for the record that necessary grading to accomplish <br />crossing of the drainage easement for construction of the septic <br />system was approved when the lot was subdivided, hence that would be <br />the only grading work anticipated within the drainage easement area. <br />m <br />I/S: <br />V, <br />—pprar”A- ■ .•R <br />* <br />CITY OF OROHO <br />P.O.
