In walking the site we observed no serious site problems that <br />would prohibit development. <br />The site generally drops from the north to the south with modest slopes. <br />(1-lOZ) The site drainage generally follows the same pattern with a slight <br />concentration to the west central part of the site. <br />Ve would recommend that topography be provided for the site as the proposed <br />home would be located along the main drainage way.
