In addition, the <br />M.H.C.C. was to address the concerns noted by the Planning Commission in <br />the review of original application #1306. Please review the original staff <br />memo dated July 13, 1988 witl. Response Letter of 9/16/88 <br />As of this writing the M.H.C.C. has not submitted a revised site <br />plan/building elevations that would address the concerns of the Planning <br />Commission cited at your July 18th meeting and repeated again in the Notice <br />of Planning Commission Action dated July 28, 1988 (review Exhibit L). <br />Review Exhibit M, the M.H.C.C.*s written response to the Planning <br />Commission for this review. Ms. Linde advises that there will be no noise <br />or special odors that will be omitted from this structure. Any noise will <br />result from the operation from the generator if there is an emergency or <br />for 1/2 hour a week when the generators are being exercized. The M.H.C.C. <br />also suggests that landscaping be resolved by both staffs. Staff would <br />certainly recommend that''^screening type^^ landscaping be provided along the <br />east and north lot line where the building does not meet the required 50' <br />setback from residential zoned properties.
