He <br />inforned ne of r.o restrictions of lot size, but expressed hia <br />desire to have it at least 140 fast wide at the building site. <br />Raving 693 feet of land on the south would have given ne 5 or 6 <br />lota. I decided to divide the land and contacted Gordon Coffin <br />for survey. Finding 5 or 6 lota not appealing to ne, 1 settled <br />for 4 lota. I - 150 feet, 2 - 140 feet, and the third I left <br />263 feet for nyself. This waa accepted by Che Village and Herb <br />thanked ne for ny cooperation with their request. <br />• . • • I • V*
