The variances would have an adverse effect upon the health, <br />safety and welfare of the community for the reasons outlined herein. <br />33. The amount of light and air in the neighborhood would be <br />diminished by adding a structure on the substandard lot. <br />36. There are no special conditions applying to the land in question <br />which are peculiar to the land or immediately adjoining property. <br />38.
