Please review Exhibit <br />D, the composite site plan for this 2.9 acre group of parcels. Applicant <br />is requesting permission to build houses on each of the two vacant lots <br />adjacent to his home. The lots are substandard in area and width based on <br />the current 2-acre, 200 foot width standards. <br />To briefly review the code standards that previously and currently affect <br />this property: <br />1950 Zoning Ordinance - (Prior to division of this property into <br />separate parcels) - Property zoned 1-acre min. lot size. <br />1955 - Original Platting Code <br />1958 - Ferrell builds house at 3405 Watertown Road, requests to build <br />a second house on property per minutes of 9/22/58.
