The two <br />property o%mers involved are; Charles Balgaard, 3435 Eastlake <br />Street and Greg Ehalt, 105 Cygnet Place. The original assessment <br />amount for Charles Balgaard was $8,840.00, the appeal has been <br />settled at $7,000.00. The original assessment amount for Greg <br />Ehalt was $18,880.00, the appeal was settled at $14,000.00. The <br />attached resolutions reflect the reduced assessments amounts. <br />Council Action Requested. Motion to adopt the attached resolutions <br />reflecting the assessment appeal settlements for Charles Balgaard <br />and Gregg Ehalt.
