A diagram of the building envelope and approved <br />drainfield sites shall be attached to this resolution as <br />Exhibit "B", to advise future potential buyers of the <br />property of the building site limitations. <br />3, Any proposed residence or development of the property <br />shall meet the hardcover requirements of the LR-IA zoning <br />district. <br />4. No other zoning variances for development of this <br />property will be granted. <br />5. The approved access for the property is a single drive­ <br />way at County Road 15. <br />6. The standard park fee shall be collected by the City at <br />the time a building permit is issued. <br />7. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the <br />property not with the applicants, but are permissive y <br />and must be exercised by application for a building permit <br />within one year of the date of Council approval, or this <br />variance will expire on that date {July 8, 1992). <br />8. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this variance shall constitute a violation of <br />the zoning code, shall automatically terminate any authority <br />granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />9.
