The conditions of the City CouncU approval i^luded
building envelope specifications, no variance to required LR-IA setbacks, and no variance to
hardcover requirements. The lot was approved for access to County Road 15 via a separate
driveway.
Due to the unusual shape of this property, staff will include the approximate amoum of
hardcover that will be allowed within each of the setback zones. The allowable hardcover is as
follows:
0-75’ = 0
75-250’ * 1,850 s.f.
250-500’ = 8.040 s.f.
500-1,000’ = 18,375 s.f.
•- ^ -«*r.
