The conditions of the City CouncU approval included <br />budding envelope specifications and no variance to the required budding setbacks and haricover <br />requirements. The lot was approved for access to County Road 15 via a sq»rate driveway. <br />Due to the unusual shape of the property, staff has included the approx^te amoum of <br />hardcover that wdl be allowed within each of the setback zones as a finding within the variance <br />resolution.
