Antenna base located within <br />kennel shall be allowed to remain as long as anchor bolts are remov'^d to <br />level of existing paved kennel floor. <br />3.Satellite dishes and other items stored on urai^veloped lot to be removed prior to <br />final plat approval. <br />Prior to final plat approval applicants shall provide a plan for access structure to <br />lakeshore. Said structure shall replace existing asphalt ramp within 0-75’ and 75- <br />250’ setback area. <br />The following list of final submittals must be submitted to the Zoning Administrator two <br />weeks prior to the regularly scheduled Council meeting on tte second and fourth Mondays of <br />the month: <br />Record plat drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies and one (1) copy <br />reduced to 1" = 200’. Drawing to .elude: <br />A. Lot lines platted per preliminary survey by Mark S. Gronberg dated June <br />12, 1992. revised March 25. 1993. <br />B Dedication of "drainage and utility ea.sements" 10’ wide along all <br />perimeter property lines and 5’ each side of internal property hnes. <br />C. Naming of plat. <br />2. Legal documents required: <br />A.Title opinion addressed to the City.
