MN 55323 <br />Dear Jeanne: <br />Please find enclosed the zoning variance application materials as you requested. <br />The unique situation indicated by the drawings is caused by the "pie shaped" <br />configuration of the property. Hardcover requirements are difficult to meet because <br />so much of the property is within the lake setback. <br />The improvements indicated will decrease the net hardcover on the property with the <br />loss of hardcover occurring on the lake side of the building. <br />Thank you very much for your assistance and don't hesitate to call if you have <br />questions. <br />Enclosure
