The Minnehaha Watershed District <br />wanted us to shew the existing access easement to their weir <br />structure. <br />Also, because of this weir structure and subsequent storage <br />in the wetlands, the culvert sizes are much smaller then those <br />under County Road 6 allowing two driveway entrances for Lots <br />3 and 4.
