Action was taken allowing the <br />District staff to Issue your permit only after receipt and staff approval of <br />the following: <br />Revised plan showing erosion control placed around the outlet culvert for <br />the ponding area and a method of restoration. <br />Review and approval by the City of Orono. <br />Please be advised that the project Is not authorized unti the above has been <br />submitted to me and you have been notified of permit Issuance from the <br />Minnehaha Creek Watershed District.
