Review and approval by the DNR. <br />This plan and letter are In accordance with the action taken by the Board of <br />Managers on December 17, 1987 in reference to the above permit. <br />This letter Is your permit from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District, <br />Permit approval Is based upon the folowing exhibits: <br />Permit Application No. 87-232 received November 25, 1987. <br />Plans and specifications for road construction and bridge replacement <br />prepared by Hennepin Co. dated November 27, 1987. <br />Flood Insurance Study for the City of Orono. <br />Permit No. 88-6177 Issued by the DNR January 27, 1988. <br />This permit permit Is valid for one (1) year. If construction Is not complete <br />within one (1) year, an extension must be requested.
