The following are the terms of <br />the anreenent: <br />L The Whites would provide an approved plat of the propertr within <br />six Bwnths from the date <A the agreement. <br />2. The Whites would conver a lot on which the house was situated <br />that contained a ninimun of three Krres and approved br the Citr« <br />3. The purchase price for the parcel described above would be <br />$85,0(X).(X). The terms would be $1,(X)0.(X) earnest moner, which has <br />been paid; $9,000.00 at closinc; and a Contract for Deed bearing <br />interest at the rate of 10% per annum, due and parable in full four <br />rears after the date of closing. Parmenta on the contract would be <br />at the rate of $650.(X) per sionth. <br />4. The Kempfs would par their pro rata share of taxes on the lot <br />transferred to them, and the Whites would par the differential <br />between the hosiestead and non-homeetead taxes.
