Subd. 12. Crovdlng Principal Building. Mo acccaaorybuilding or structure, unless an Integral part of the principalbuilding, shall be erected, altered, or ooved within ten feet of the principal building. <br />Subd. 13. Garages. Accessory buildings which are for <br />the storage of autoaobiles shall have the doors thirty feet or acre <br />the property line when said doors face on a public alley or <br />Subd. 14. Yards and Open Spa^s. <br />A. Reduction Prohibited. iMo yard or other open <br />space shall be reduced in area or diaensions so as to aake such <br />yard or other open space less than the ainiaua required by the <br />Zoning Chapter and if the existing yard or other open space as <br />existing is less than the ainiaua required, it shall not be further reduced. <br />B.
