Prleate signs are prohibited <br />within the public right-of-way or easeeents escept that the <br />Council eay grant a conditional use perait to locate signs and <br />decorations on or within the right-of-way under their <br />jurisdiction for a specified tlee not to exceed ninety days. Mo <br />conditional use perait for such a sign ihall be issued by the <br />council if a conditional use perait or teaporary sign perait had <br />been Issued in the previous 24 sK>nths to that property. <br />H. Teaporary Signs. There shall be no sore than <br />one teaporary (three aonths or less) sign in any required yard <br />area, and there shall be no aore than th ee such signs on any <br />lot, and the total area of such signs shall not exceed 25 square <br />feet. Such signs require a temporary sign perait froa the City. <br />NO such perait shall be issued by the City if a conditional use <br />perait under Sub-paragraph A of this Subdivision or a teaporary <br />sign perait under this sub-paragraph had been issued in the <br />previous 24 aonths to that property.
