In order to further enhance ay parking ratios, I ttould till <br />for your approval of the following: <br />1. Waiver of any landscaping or greenspace rtquirtd by ordinance. <br />2. Waiver of any setback requiraaents on the parlaatar of ay leased property <br />bordering on County roads 15 and If. Essentially allowing parking to the <br />newly established property line. <br />3. that a bituminous curb be Installed on the property line for the safety of <br />ay custoacrs and the local residents who will be using the sidewalk for <br />walking and recreational purposes. Furtheraore, that Hennepin County <br />Incur the expense of the placement of the safety curb. <br />4.
