As we discussed on the telephone, the builder I hired did not <br />obttin a buiUii« permit and rebuih the storage shed on the foundation of my former storage <br />d. <br />There has been a larger structure in this location for an estimated forty phis years and obviously <br />wt would like to keep the smaller improved stnicture. I have had disc and lower back proMons <br />for over ten yean and the hauling between the house and lakeshorc can be very d^tiliUttiiig for <br />This shed is smaller and safer than the old structure which was a safety hazard and an attractive <br />mikanee for OUT chihhen and odier kids in die nei^iborhood. They played in and on the old <br />structure wdiich was just waiting for an accident. WUh the traffic day and night on the abutting <br />public easement we also need this storage shed to secure our possessions. <br />Our neighbon have been very ideased with the new structure as evidence by their enclosed <br />letters. <br />Ruthie and I want to do whatever we can to work within your system to keep this storage shed <br />in its existing location on the old foundation.
