Subd. Variances. Variances may be granted to the provisions of this Chapter in accordance with the provisions set forth in Section 10.08. Subd 14r 17. Variances For Required Landscaping .-\reas. The Council may grant a varianre allowing a four year installation and planting period to meet the requirements of the landscaping and planting provisions hereof, to any applicant who: jY:—Qiherwkjo meets all of the provisions of this Chapter.
