Site Plan <br />Tbe new Ice Areiu is sited at the northwest comer of the site. This location <br />nestles tbe building into the hillside thus, taking advantage of tbe good soil on <br />tbe site, as well as minimizing tbe building height. <br />Tbe entry and lobby are located on tbe south side of tbe building taking ad­ <br />vantage of favorable solar orientation and also facing the parking lot and high <br />school beyond. <br />The paridng lot is at the south/soutbeast portion of the site which places the <br />curb cut far from any intersections. The parking indicated will accommodate <br />202 cars which is at a 4; 1 ratio of spectator seats to paridng. <br />Tbe dashed portion at the northeast portion of the site is a potential rainwater <br />retention pond at the natural low point of the site.
