Review the amended grading plan. Exhibit I. 300 <br />cubic yards of fill are necessary to create a building pad that would allow a rear walkwt desi^ <br />to Dickey Lake. The City Engineer sees no problem with the proiwsed filling as drainage will <br />be directed to both the north side lot line to an existing drainage ditch and a swale to the south <br />side of the residence will protect the septic sites at the southwest comer. <br />Driveway grades have been reduced to an acceptable slope not at 4% <br />The three member Planning Commission recommended unanimous approval of the conditional <br />use permit subject to the City Engineer's approval of an amended grading plan redefining grades <br />for the access drive and designating a swale along the south side of the residence. Gustafson <br />has approved the amended grading plan. The enclosed approval resolution has been drafted per <br />the findings of the Planning Commission approval. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To close the public hearing and to either adopt or amend the enclosed approval resolution. <br />i
