Mr Englund <br />is in the process of developing building plans for a spring start. There have been no code <br />amendments that would alter any of the pertinent findings of the original review. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />To recommend approval of the renewal of the lot area variance for the property located <br />at 3855 Cherry Avenue subject to the findings and conditions set forth in Resolution No. 3355.
