The <br />applicant received approval of the original lot area variance on November 8, 1993. The <br />variance application expired in 1994. It is suffs undersunding that Mr. England is proceeding <br />with building plans for the 1995 season. Applicant proposes no changes from the original <br />variance application. All findings and conditions of the original application are still applicable. <br />There have been no code amendments that would alter any of the original findings of the 1993 <br />review. <br />The three member Planning Commission voted unanimous approval of the renewal <br />variance application for lot area. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To close the public hearing for the review of Application #1984 and to either adopt or <br />amend the enclosed approval resolution.
