As the wetland is not a DNR wetland, the jurisdiction for wetland <br />alterations is with the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District, the Local Oovemment Unit <br />(LGU) for Orono. The LCU has already reviewed the alteration and will not require a <br />permit to do the work. The proposed w^Mlife ponds are accepuble from an engineering <br />sundpoint. However, we request the following information be provided prior to <br />construction: <br />•Method and/or equipment proposed to complete the excavation and transport off <br />site <br />•Routes to be used for equipment access and transporting the material <br />•Schedule describing which times of the year the work will uke place <br />•Location proposed tor material storage <br />Please contact me at this office if you have any questions regarding this matter. <br />Yours very truly. <br />BONESTROO.
