The use of Outlot A is <br />liliittd to one residential dock with four slips. Bo accessory <br />structures are to be constructed on the Outlet, nor shall a parking <br />area be installed on said Outlot. <br />9. Payment to the City of a Park Dedication fee in the amount of <br />$100.00. <br />10. Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of the plat <br />easements and covenants in the amount of $150.00. <br />ll.Payment to the City for the final plat application fee of $150.00 <br />■01f» THBRBFORB, BB IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br />of Orono hereby approves the plat of B?yside Landing, Hennepin County, <br />Minnesota; subject to the following conditions: <br />1.The plat of Bayside Landing provides the only approved legal <br />s to four procerties as follows: <br />Lot 1, Block 2 Bayside Landing snail be served by Out iocs C anc <br />D. Lot 2, Block 2 Bayside Landing shall be served by <br />and either B or C. Lot 1, Block 1 Bayside Landing shall be <br />served by Outlot D.
