In this case, the City would require Mr. Perkins to obtain the <br />necessary permits rather than Mr. Butterfield. <br />The three member Commission recommended unanimous approval of the application as proposed <br />subject to the conditions set forth in the staff memo of November 17th. The resolution also <br />includes the requirement of the City Engineer that would ask for a silt curtain to be installed for <br />the larger 25.000 s.f. pond to be insulled over an eight year period of time. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To close the public hearing for the review of application #1982 and to either adopt or amend the <br />enclosed approval resolution.
