Red (County Ro«i 135) *nd .u, of <br />southeast auarter of Section 6. The combination is acceptable from an <br />tti^dooint^ however we have several comments. The driveway access for the <br />should be Iweted on Path Avenue Park Avenue presen^ hat two <br />,o the bituminous drive. With a third acceii onto Park Awnue, the drive shOTld M <br />upgrndU to a private soeet with a 24-foot minimum paved width and n turnaround at the <br />north end. <br />The lot dreina naturally to the east and should have no imp«t “ <br />If any changes arc proposed within the right-of-way for Tonkawa Road. Hennepin County <br />should be notified for ihctr review and approval. <br />Henneoin Countv will lilcclv require at least 40 feet of right-of-way for Tonkawa Road, an <br />additional 7 feet of right-of-way should be provided.
